Dutch cable specialist Crystal Cable has announced its new Infinite Dream flagship cables employing proprietary technologies while covering AC power, balanced and unbalanced interconnects, and loudspeaker connectivity.
The Infinite Dream centrepiece cables are a no-holds-barred effort by Crystal Cable designers to engineer the very best cables available. To that end, the Infinite Dream line features advanced proprietary conductor materials and refined supporting technologies to both preserve signal integrity while providing distortion-free performance.
The Infinite Dream Power Cable was first introduced as the launchpad member of the line back in 2024, with its success inspiring the new full line-up. It features a bundle of nine coaxial ‘superconductors’ made-up of a combination of Crystal Cables’ top solid ‘Infinite Crystal Silver’ and ‘Silver-Gold’ conductors in an optimised topology engineered for delivering extra-high current. The cable’s architecture is said to minimise the deleterious effect of electromagnetic interference (EMI) and electrical resistance. The Power Cable has a floating SPC shield and incorporates Kapton and Teflon (PTFE) insulators bundled in a transparent sleeve. Connector quality is of Crystal Cable’s highest standard.
Both balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA cables are options for line-level signal carrying interconnection. The cables feature six ‘Infinite Crystal Silver’ and ‘Silver-Gold’ ultra-high purity conductors said to “enhance clarity, texture, and tonal richness”. The cables’ specialised twisting topology has been designed to reduce interference and distortions. Again, the cables apply floating SPC shielding and Kapton and Teflon (PTFE) insulation all in a transparent sleeve. The interconnect Infinite Dream cables employ custom made connectors.
The Infinite Dream loudspeaker cables feature a bespoke eight conductor in a four-bundle twisting topology designed to reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI). Again, the conductor materials are Crystal Cable's own ‘Infinite Crystal Silver’ and ‘Silver-Gold’ formula. Kapton and PTFE are the insulators. The Infinite Dream Speaker Cable is available terminated in bespoke ‘Silver-Gold’ spades for a secure, highly transmissive connection.
